For my first-ever post in the world of blogging, I thought it fitting to post about this cake that I made for a little girl's first birthday party. The recipe I used is one that I got from one of my chefs back in Le Cordon Bleu, and it has been one of my fave recipes for a good, chocolicious mud cake from the first time I tasted it. Topped off with some sinful chocolate ganache and I tell you, it's a real treat. Throw in some vanilla ice cream and whoooooo... you've got it made.
